    Another tool I’d like to add to the list is brand24.net, which is a social media monitoring platform that makes reputation management a lot easier. It enables its users to track all the mentions of the chosen keywords that appear online, so every time someone puts your brand in the spotlight, you can react immediately, regardless of the sentiment of a mention being positive or negative.
